logo & website for Babalar Press

Babalar Press is a Qazaq experimental research, writing and publishing initiative for relearning, reclaiming and reimagining our ancestral knowledge(s).

In an ongoing partnership that started with an article in their first zine’s volume, I have made a distinct logo and built a website for them based on Kirby CMS as a backend support for uploading zine volumes for online orders, keeping a database of contributors (artists, writers, translators) and events. The multilingual website (Kazakh, English, Russian) is also a space where they can state their manifesto and philosophy. The link will be published here soon.
